Then take your old eligible device along to your local iQ store where you will receive in-store credit towards new products or an iQ Gift Card to use another time.

Please see below key points to note when Trading in a device, further information can be found on our Trade in Terms and Conditions:

• Products must be to the standard stated in the application and changes to the standard will result in the quote being downgraded.
• Note the device must be in working order, and damage will result in a lower trade in value or the trade in being refused.
• Device Battery health must be 86% or above.
• Note trade in values are subject to change and the final valuation process in store, all devices will be checked for defects and the above battery health level any deemed lower than the standards stated on the application will be re-valued.
• Trade in values can be exchanged for vouchers, no cash will be given.
• Trade in value is valid for 14 days only.

• Smart Tablet and Watch trade in top up value of £50.
• Phone trade in top up value of £60.
• Trade in Top up offer runs from the Monday 15^th April unit the 25^th May 2024
• Products traded in must have a value in our trade in portal to qualify for the Trade in top up offer.
• Products traded in must meet the trade in criteria, any damaged items will not be valid.
• All trade in’s are subject to checks in store to ensure they qualify for the offer, this may result in a trade in being denied should the devices be damaged, or for example have a lower battery life.
• You can trade in any branded phone, tablet, smart watch or computer as long as they purchase either an iPhone, iPad or Watch and that they have a value in our trade in portal.
• Gift voucher will not be given for the value of a trade in top up, a purchase must be made against either an iPhone, iPad or Watch to qualify.
• No cash alternatives for items being traded in.
